An old Romanesque church built 1152 of ashlar hewn limestone which may well have been quarried in Ignaberga. The church was given a tower and a porch on the south side at an early stage in its history. In the 1750s the tower was entirely rebuilt and in 1814 it was crowned with a copper roof. Vinslöv is famous for its frescoes from the second half of the twelfth century and in the apse there are representations of the majesty of Christ, surrounded by the symbols of the evangelists. Cain and Abel are depicted presenting their sacrifices in the triumphal arch.
